Content you add to Wantd
We process the URLs, links, and items you choose to save, together with the information generated or associated with them—such as titles, images, descriptions, product details, categories, prices, notes, and the Vaults where you organise them.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information or content that you do not have the right to share.
Technical and usage information
When you use the Service, our infrastructure providers may process technical information necessary to operate and secure it, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, timestamps, and error or security-related information.

Performance of a contract: to provide the Service you request, including account access, authentication, saving items, and maintaining your Vaults.

Wantd uses Anthropic's Claude AI to analyse links you submit and help identify or structure information about the item or content behind them.
This means that information contained in the link and relevant publicly available page content may be sent to Anthropic for this purpose. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and should be reviewed by you.
Wantd does not use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
We use trusted service providers to run Wantd. They process personal data only as needed to provide their services to us and subject to applicable contractual or legal safeguards.

We keep account information and content you save for as long as your account remains active, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or record-keeping purposes.
Account deletion. You can request deletion of your Wantd account using the account deletion button in the Service. We will notify you once your request has been received. After verifying and completing the request, we will delete your Wantd account and all associated information, including your profile information, authentication record, Vaults, saved links, and saved items, from our active systems within five business days. We will send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Deleting your Wantd account does not delete your Google account. If you signed in with Google, Google remains subject to Google's own privacy practices.
We may retain limited information only where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Technical backups or provider logs may persist until overwritten under their normal retention schedules.
